Brief Profile :

Ms. Varshitha Manjunatha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Navkis College of Engineering, Hassan. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. under Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) in the area of Photonics with an interdisciplinary focus on electronics, nanotechnology, and data-driven technologies.

She completed her M.Tech in Nanotechnology from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysuru, where she secured 2nd Rank with a CGPA of 9.32. She was the Branch Topper in B.E. (Electronics and Communication Engineering) and has received multiple gold medals and national scholarships.

She has international research exposure through a short-term research program at National Chiao Tung University (NCTU), Taiwan. Her research expertise includes advanced material characterization, X-ray nano-diffraction, high entropy alloys, photonic applications, thin film synthesis, and data analysis.

She has presented research work at international conferences and has served as a resource person for technical workshops. Her teaching and research interests include Photonics, AI applications in engineering, Nanomaterials, Embedded Systems, and Data Science.
