Training

The training program at Navkis College of Engineering assists our students in ensuring that their placements in the industry are facilitated and supported. After feedback from the industry, students are trained based on their aptitude and the streams of study to undergo rigorous training starting from their third semester. Focus is on interpersonal skills, strong presentation skills, communication, coding, GD and preparation for interviews and technical rounds. Students personality is emphasized on as well and their aptitude and attitude are both worked on apart from focus on value system, integrity, ethical and moral building and orienting them towards focus on their academic success as well. The training program helps them leverage their most marketable-and transferable– skills to new career paths and types of work. In other words, the NCE Placement training enables students to set up inspiring but realistic goals in their professional life.
